08/20/07 Received letter from HUD regarding adverse effect, deferring to the City of Lynn and Lynn Historical Commission (LHC) for compliance and mediation
August - September Spoke to MHC and LHC to discuss adverse effect
August - September Researched and prepared analysis for MHC & LHC
