Buffum Estates

Located on Herbert Street in the Highlands, this project provides
homeownership opportunities and has played a critical role in the overall
plant o revitalize the Highlands neighborhood.  Named in honor of a
former Lynn mayor and Highlands resident, the development features
eight Victorian-style townhouse units.
Brickyard Village

Located on Warren & Shepard Streets and June Lane, Brickyard Villages
is the first Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Energy-Star
compliant project that the LHAND and LCDHC have embarked upon.  The
Warren/Shepard area was targeted by the LHAND because it had been
neglected and had seen significant disinvestments over the past 30 years.

The Brickyard Village Project created 28 units of affordable rental housing
offering various housing types and unit sizes.  The project spans over
three sites which encompasses more than 15 parcels that were
assembled over a period of time, some as the result of urban renewal.  
Waterworks Building

Located on Walnut Street will include the redevelopment of the former
Waterworks Pumping Station.  This project will occur in two phases: the
conversion of the existing building into condominium units and the
building
of five, 3-bedroom single-family homes on the land located behind the
building on Childs and Flint Streets.  
Devlin Park

Devlin Park features 12 new homes located on the site of the former
Joseph P. Devlin Nursing Home site.  Developed by the LCDHC, in
partnership with the LHAND and the city of Lynn this project includes
Colonial-style, two story homes of approximately 1,800 to 2,100 square
feet of living space.  Ranging from six to seven rooms, each features
three bedrooms and two baths.

Washington Street Gateway Project  

The Washington Street Gateway (WSG) area, which extends from the
Lynnway to Washington Street , up to and including Broad Street , back
down Newhall Street to the Lynnway, is key to the revitalization efforts
underway in Lynn because of its proximity to the waterfront (Lynnway),
Diamond District, downtown and transportation center.
